Return Conditions
Return Window: You may return your item within 07 days of the delivery date.
Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn (other than trying it on to determine fit and style) and unwashed.
Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging with tags attached, where applicable.
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. It is the customer’s responsibility that Mohrazi receives the product back.
Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and issue you with the refund if product is eligible for the refund
To return an item:
- Contact us at: info@mohrazi.com to request a return stating the reason
- We will promptly review the request and if it is within the 07 days period. we will send you a Return Address. Please use this address on the return package.
- Package the Item securely (using the original packaging if possible) and send it to us at our given address
- Send us the Tracking Number, if applicable, at info@mohrazi.com with the Subject “Return”
- Upon receipt, we will review your return and if the item is in original condition, we will promptly issue your refund for the product
